✅Eligibility & Account Registration

To create and maintain an account on bdoky, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity — no bots, automated scripts, or corporate entities may hold a player account.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly forbidden and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.

📋Account Verification (KYC)

bdoky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to protect our users and maintain platform integrity. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to the following:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the past 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet registered in your name).
• Any additional documents bdoky reasonably requires to satisfy its internal compliance procedures.

💰Deposits & Withdrawals

bdoky processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through local payment partners including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported channels. Minimum and maximum transaction thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• bdoky does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges.
• bdoky reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000 or deemed high-risk by our internal risk controls.

🎁Bonuses & Promotions

bdoky offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Players are responsible for reading bonus-specific terms before opting in.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household or IP address.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• bdoky reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to forfeit bonus balances if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion expire within the period stated in the offer. Unused free spins will not be carried forward or redeemed for cash.

🏏Sports Betting & Game Rules

bdoky offers sports betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, alongside live casino games, slots, and crash games. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the individual game or event rules displayed at the point of wagering. In the event of a technical fault, data error, or interrupted broadcast during a live event, bdoky reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.

All game outcomes on bdoky's casino and crash game sections are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fairness. Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. bdoky's decision on all disputed outcomes is final and binding.

🔒Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdoky uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. However, you bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify bdoky immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security. The following obligations apply:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or agents.
• Do not access your bdoky account from unsecured public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it periodically. Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by bdoky where available.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdoky Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, or engage in any form of collusion.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting any other person in circumventing bdoky's one-account-per-person rule.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal, or misrepresenting your location to bypass geographic restrictions.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdoky, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. bdoky's aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

bdoky does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

🔄Amendments to These Terms

bdoky may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact support to initiate an account closure.
